Role Overview
As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and handling invoices issued by the company's logistics partners throughout Europe, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, verify, and document all incoming invoices from logistics partners.
- Maintain effective and ongoing communication with logistics service providers across Germany and Europe.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, monitoring payment terms and delivery agreements.
- Create reports and conduct analyses for various internal departments.
- Assist in spotting opportunities for improvement regarding costs and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Background or experience in finance or related fields.
- Detail-focused, proactive, and well-organized in approach.
- Strong enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to new responsibilities.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in MS Excel basics.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
