Role overview
We are hiring a motivated Junior Software Developer to join a collaborative technology team and contribute to the creation of reliable, high-quality software. This position is fully remote and based in the Dominican Republic.
The role involves working across software development, testing, maintenance, and support activities while following coding standards, security practices, and established engineering processes. It is a strong fit for someone with solid technical fundamentals who wants to keep building a long-term career in software engineering.
Work arrangement and schedule
This is a full-time telecommute role. Working hours follow standard business hours.
Compensation
The monthly pay for this role is USD 2,150.
Language requirement
Applicants must have intermediate to advanced English skills at B2 level or above. Professional written communication and the ability to collaborate effectively in English are required.
What you will do
You will help build, test, maintain, and improve software applications and supporting system components. The work will include writing maintainable code, troubleshooting issues, supporting deployments, and documenting technical work. You will also take part in code reviews, Agile activities, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, QA specialists, and technical leads.
