Job Overview

Join a dynamic Product Delivery Team as a Product Designer, collaborating with UX specialists, engineers, product managers, and data experts. This position offers the opportunity to create compelling web interfaces addressing business challenges primarily for large Tier 1 banking clients. The work focuses on developing web applications related to AML, KYC, and Sanctions List management. This role is ideal for designers aiming to build their careers in FinTech and Big Data sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in all phases of the product design lifecycle, from initial discovery to final developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, product managers, and technical teams to steer product design decisions.
• Ensure high standards throughout the design process, guaranteeing that implemented designs precisely match design specs.
• Provide accurate time estimates for design tasks during planning stages.
• Engage in collaborative sketching sessions that include participants beyond the design department.
• Create and continuously refine UI materials such as sketch files, style guides, refined prototypes, micro interaction documentation, and pattern libraries.
• Make data-driven design decisions by identifying hypotheses to test during each sprint and coordinating usability testing with analysts.
• Design flawless, responsive user interfaces and prioritize using established interface patterns for optimal user experience rather than creating new patterns without necessity.
• Present and explain design work in periodic company-wide "Show & Tell" meetings.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of three years’ professional experience as a Product Designer.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, or Framer X.
• Prior work experience within agile frameworks, particularly involving two-week sprint cycles.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence.
