Position Overview

The European Football Alliance is seeking a Junior Operations Manager to assist in the daily operational activities of the organization. This role involves supporting league and competition logistics, liaising with clubs and internal teams, and helping coordinate game days and league events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing league and competition operations.
• Coordinate activities between football clubs and internal departments.
• Help organize and prepare for match days and league functions.
• Contribute to documentation and improvement of operational processes.
• Compile operational reports and create presentations.
• Manage administrative duties within the operations team.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders involved.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess or be pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills with a methodical approach to work.
• Demonstrate a high level of dependability and responsibility.
• Capable of performing well under pressure, particularly during game days.
• Have a proactive, hands-on, and solution-focused attitude.
• Strong communication abilities are essential.
• English fluency is mandatory; German language skills are an advantage.
