About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and goal-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to bolster our business development and sales departments. Your primary responsibility will be to discover high-potential B2B clients by identifying decision-makers and maintaining precise lead data within our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to locate potential B2B customers leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, corporate websites, and business directories.
- Identify and connect with pivotal contacts including Marketing, Procurement, PR Managers, and business owners.
- Perform initial outreach via LinkedIn, emails, website contact forms, and other digital means.
- Gather verified contact details such as direct phone lines, mobile numbers, and official email addresses of the relevant persons.
- Regularly create, update, and manage lead information in the company's CRM system.
- Track all outreach efforts, communication exchanges, follow-ups, and lead progress accurately within CRM.
- Maintain data integrity by avoiding duplicates and keeping the lead database orderly and clean.
- Follow up with non-responsive prospects according to company protocols.
- Evaluate leads and pass qualified prospects along to sales with detailed notes and information.
- Meet daily and monthly objectives for lead generation, verified contacts, and qualified opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated background in lead generation, B2B prospecting, online research, or related fields.
- Practical experience using CRM tools for logging leads, tracking interactions, and managing data.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, Google Search, and other online research methodologies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written communication capabilities for crafting professional outreach messages.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to operate independently while consistently meeting performance quotas.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, media production, or professional services is a plus.
Role Clarification
This position is not a call center or direct sales role. The focus lies in online prospecting, digital communication, acquiring verified contact info for decision-makers, keeping CRM data accurate, and delivering qualified leads to the sales team.
