About the Role

Adecco is partnering with a prominent aerospace company to fill the position of Learning Program Coordinator. This role suits professionals who enjoy overseeing corporate training programs, managing event logistics, and ensuring smooth learning experiences for both virtual and in-person sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the entire learning program lifecycle from initial planning to delivery and follow-up.
  • Handle logistics for both virtual and on-site training including scheduling sessions, managing participant communications, coordinating facilitators, preparing materials, and supporting vendor relations.
  • Manage course administration within the Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP) involving enrollments, tracking completions, and monitoring learner progress.
  • Collaborate with Learning Designers to develop facilitator guides, evaluations, and relevant learning resources.
  • Monitor attendance, gather learner feedback, analyze program metrics, and assist in reporting and continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate meetings, learning events, procurement workflows, and manage vendor partnerships.
  • Contribute to creating and refining standard processes, templates, and workflows to elevate the learner experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternatively, High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in coordinating corporate training, learning programs, conferences, or large-scale events.
  • Experience managing LMS or LXP platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience managing learner correspondence, calendar invites, and meeting schedules.
  • Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

  • Work is fully remote with mandatory hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

  • Pay rate ranges from $28 to $30 per hour for a one-year contractual engagement.
  • Travel is required approximately six times a year, for one week each time, to support training events.
