Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Logistics Coordinator to join our team remotely, available exclusively to candidates residing in Nicaragua or El Salvador. The coordinator will manage daily order processing and operational tasks that support the company's business flow, focusing especially on logistics and importation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage container importation processes coordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, FDA authorities, drayage providers, trucking companies, and warehousing teams.
- Facilitate and oversee deliveries between NILO's warehouses, transportation providers, and customer distribution centers to ensure timely receipt of orders.
- Audit warehouse stock records and rectify any inventory discrepancies.
- Plan and organize routing schedules and store visits for field representatives.
- Carry out other related operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous operational and administrative experience essential.
- Strong organizational capabilities and proficiency with numbers.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.
- Effective communication skills in English.
