Job Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to operate remotely (female candidates only) from Bengaluru. This role involves managing and updating logistics details precisely, ensuring timely coordination with clients and transporters, and overseeing punctual loading and unloading of vehicles in collaboration with warehouse supervisors.
Primary Duties
- Monitor and update accurate freight information within the system consistently.
- Engage with clients to secure freight loads promptly by negotiating optimal rates.
- Coordinate with truck drivers to arrange timely load connections.
- Maintain communication with warehouse supervisors to guarantee timely loading and unloading operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours as required.
- Proficiency in Hindi, with knowledge of other regional languages considered an advantage.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and operators.
- Applicants must be female and aged between 18 and 29 years.
Compensation Details
This position offers an incentive-driven salary structure. Initial training completion and meeting the first target lead to a fixed confirmation payment of ₹5,000. Subsequent earnings depend on completed targets, averaging ₹500 per target achieved.
