About the Role

We are offering a contractual position for a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist to work remotely with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. The pay rate is between $40 and $50 per hour. This position involves handling and improving various logistics processes critical to supply chain efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine logistics documentation meticulously for authenticity, precision, and adherence to industry standards.
• Create and annotate example documents showcasing best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Critically assess and recommend enhancements to existing supply chain procedures grounded in practical experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics-related case studies, emphasizing documentation structure and process improvement.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to clarify logistics requirements and simplify complex logistics topics.
• Engage in quality assurance by validating the accuracy and appropriateness of supply chain datasets.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven substantial experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics workflows, supporting documentation, and worldwide supply chain operations.
• Strong proficiency in articulating complex technical subjects clearly in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing and preparing supply chain documents.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities to identify and implement process improvements within logistics.
• A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar discipline is considered an advantage.
