Role Overview
We are hiring a versatile Machine Learning Engineer who excels in data engineering and is passionate about developing production-ready AI systems. This role spans the full AI development cycle—from data acquisition through to deployment—ensuring models are dependable, reproducible, and deliver meaningful impact.
Team Environment
You will be part of a vibrant global AI team applying Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous workflows to our digital products, with the aim of translating cutting-edge AI research into tangible business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and refine LLM and NLP models tailored for domain-specific applications.
- Deploy and fine-tune large language models to meet specialized task requirements.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmarking pipelines to assess model performance across various datasets and challenges.
- Utilize reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making techniques for comprehensive problem solving.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to construct and maintain robust data pipelines covering ingestion, transformation, version control, and labeling.
- Ensure data workflows are reliable and reproducible to support iterative AI development cycles.
- Design and orchestrate AI workflows involving multiple models to deliver state-of-the-art results.
- Work alongside Production and Software Engineering teams to integrate AI technology into live applications.
- Architect multi-model agent frameworks, including function calls, tool integration, retrieval-augmented generation, and code interpretation, embedding them in operational systems.
Required Qualifications
- Education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field at degree, Master's, or Ph.D level.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, R, Java, and Python.
- Deep understanding of LLM and VLM architectures, including advanced post-training methods like fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, as well as evaluation methods.
- Experience in engineering data and systems for handling large-scale AI model workflows.
- Hands-on work with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Trae, Gemini CLI, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalents.
- Practical expertise in fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying LLMs in real-world industrial applications is advantageous.
- Strong enthusiasm for programming, technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level machine learning projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
- Adaptable and eager to embrace new challenges and directions.
