About the Role

Join NDG Strategy Advisory GmbH as a Managing Consultant specializing in Data & Tech Transformation, where you will engage in challenging transformation projects for corporations, medium-sized enterprises, and public sector organizations. This position bridges business, data, and technology to create impactful solutions that go beyond presentations and make a tangible difference in everyday operations.

Your core responsibilities include designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing modern web analytics, tracking, and measurement solutions. You will also develop future-proof data, analytics, and AI applications that extend beyond traditional web analytics.

Collaboration is key as you work closely with Business Transformation, People Transformation, and Marketing Transformation teams. Beyond conceptualizing, you will actively implement solutions, perform data analyses, design modern architectures, and help customers leverage data and artificial intelligence effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current data ecosystems, processes, and system landscapes to identify areas for improvement.
• Co-develop advanced data, analytics, and technology solutions with our clients.
• Design and deploy tracking, analytics, and reporting systems.
• Create data models, dashboards, automate processes, and integrate varied data sources.
• Apply cutting-edge AI tools, agents, and automation solutions within client projects.
• Lead workshops, conduct requirement analyses, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Play an active role in expanding our Data & Tech Transformation business area.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completed university degree, preferably a Master's with above-average academic performance.
• Initial work experience in strategy consulting, technology consulting, digital advisory, or a related field.
• Strong passion for data, technology, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent analytical skills, self-motivation, and a structured approach to work.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• High learning eagerness and a desire to take on responsibility and grow professionally.

Technical Expertise

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• BigQuery and Microsoft Fabric platforms
• Power BI and Looker Studio for visualization
• SQL, data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting techniques
• Business intelligence and marketing technology integration
• Experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, automation, and AI agents
