About CrimsonLogic
At CrimsonLogic, we prioritize your career advancement and well-being by offering comprehensive professional development programs supported by a holistic rewards philosophy. We believe investing in each employee's growth fosters a nurturing, inclusive workplace that strives for excellence and positive global impact.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading marketing and communications within a designated region or market segment. This includes full management of go-to-market strategies, demand generation efforts, public relations, budget control, and revenue targets. You will oversee a small team and report directly to the Head of Group Marketing & Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market and demand generation activities, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, execution, and analysis aimed at building a qualified sales pipeline across commercial and government clients.
- Lead external communications for the assigned region, managing media relations, public messaging, and coordination with local agencies alongside the central communications team.
- Drive product marketing including positioning, launches, and crafting sales narratives supported by competitive intelligence that distinguishes CrimsonLogic’s trade and port technologies.
- Enable the sales team with effective marketing collateral, pitches, and case studies, identifying and filling content gaps to support successful sales outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of major industry events and field marketing initiatives, ensuring measurable results.
- Lead and develop a small team by setting goals, fostering professional growth, managing performance, and elevating work quality.
- Oversee performance metrics, reporting dashboards, attribution tracking, and campaign analysis to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget by prioritizing allocations and ensuring efficient return on investment.
Who You Are
- Result-driven: accountable for pipeline, revenue, and customer adoption with a data-informed approach to adjusting strategies for target achievement.
- Independent and resourceful: able to research and test unfamiliar areas, make informed decisions, and document best practices for team-wide benefit.
- Assertive communicator: openly share strategic assessments and challenge assumptions with reasoned arguments, remaining open to revising views based on new evidence.
- High standards leader: committed to quality and persistence, providing direct feedback that improves team output.
- Cross-functional influencer: effectively align sales, product, and business units through credibility and influence rather than authority, managing relationships upward, laterally, and downward.
Group Marketing & Communications Team
This lean team manages a broad array of responsibilities, including demand generation, go-to-market strategies for commercial and government clients, corporate events, internal communication, and public relations. Members handle significant portfolios rather than specialized tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Approximately 5 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably including B2G exposure.
- Proven career growth from campaign execution to strategic ownership, accountable for pipeline and revenue results.
- Experience in media, PR, external communications, and strong writing skills.
- Product marketing experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a region, segment, or product line, including budgeting and leading direct reports.
- Proficient across the marketing technology stack—demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, CRM, marketing automation, paid search, and analytics.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and quick learning of complex industries.
- Experience working in technology, supply chain, trade, or government-facing sectors is a plus.
