Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, or Tool Design preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, and New Product Introduction.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and prototype mechanical parts and assemblies from concept through production.
  • Experience working hands-on with prototypes, testing, design iterations, and verification processes.
  • Collaborative experience with suppliers and cross-functional teams on component development and manufacturing readiness.
  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering fundamentals including mechanics, strength of materials, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering calculations.

  • Experience in planning and conducting Verification & Validation activities.
  • Knowledge of structured product development, change management, design reviews, and root cause analysis.
