Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Scribe to join the team at Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital in Abu Dhabi, part of Capital Health. The role involves supporting physicians by documenting patient interactions accurately and assisting with various administrative duties to enhance healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely record patient encounters and medical histories during consultations.
• Document vital signs, symptoms, and treatment plans in real time.
• Ensure comprehensive recording of medical procedures, diagnoses, and follow-up care instructions.
• Support healthcare professionals with administrative workload to boost operational efficiency and quality of patient care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with hospital policies related to patient information.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in medicine or a healthcare-related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Medical Scribe within clinical or healthcare environments.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, capable of operating effectively in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent organizational abilities with effective task prioritization.
• Familiarity with computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
