About the Role
Avodes Biotechnology seeks a skilled Biotech Researcher to advance our innovative treatment targeting two gynecological conditions simultaneously: Bacterial Vaginosis and Candidiasis. Our approach specifically inhibits harmful pathogens while preserving beneficial Lactobacilli, offering an antibiotic-free solution.
Location and Employment
This full-time role is offered remotely, enabling collaboration from any location.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and experimental work to develop and enhance our groundbreaking treatment.
- Collaborate closely with fellow researchers and medical professionals to ensure treatment safety and efficacy.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare comprehensive reports on findings.
- Work alongside product development and marketing teams to support product launch efforts, including aiding marketing material creation and contributing to product design and packaging decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a PhD in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or closely related scientific disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in research environments with familiarity in diverse research methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Experience in product development and marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
