Position Overview
We invite applications for an energetic In-House Mortgage Broker eager to begin their career in mortgage broking. This role offers practical experience in a nurturing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with clients to evaluate their lending requirements.
- Advising on appropriate loan products that suit client needs.
- Preparing and lodging loan applications efficiently.
- Coordinating with lenders and clients to facilitate the loan approval process.
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, either completed or in progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organised, motivated, and ready to learn.
- Previous exposure to banking, finance, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
