Role Overview
As the Office Manager at Omnilojo, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations that ensure a smooth and effective workplace. This includes overseeing office facilities, handling administrative expenditures, managing fixed assets, and coordinating employee welfare initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
Key Duties
- Manage everyday administrative functions including facilities management, budgeting, fixed assets, and welfare programs.
- Supervise workplace safety protocols, plan office spaces efficiently, and address any facility emergencies or issues promptly.
- Gather and analyse administrative data, prepare the annual budget, and monitor spending to control costs.
- Continuously review and optimise administrative workflows to improve overall efficiency and productivity within the team.
- Serve as the primary liaison with building management, landlords, and external vendors to sustain effective communication and robust business relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years’ experience in office administration or management, particularly within large technology or internet companies; experience in the gaming sector is advantageous.
- Possess fluent verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a strong service orientation, excellent organisational and coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to meet the evolving needs of business and team members.
