About the role
This position is for a motivated data intelligence analyst supporting the B2C business. The role focuses on turning business questions into practical, data-backed insights and working with different teams to track performance and support decisions through descriptive analysis.
Responsibilities
- Perform descriptive analysis for the B2C business to uncover trends and patterns in customer and transaction data.
- Convert business needs into clear insights and actionable reporting.
- Track core KPI performance and flag any unusual movements or data issues promptly.
- Create recurring and on-demand reports as well as dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Help collect data requirements from stakeholders with support from senior analysts.
- Assist with data validation and quality checks so reporting remains accurate and consistent.
- Work with senior teammates on analytical initiatives and communicate findings in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or Business Administration.
- Strong logical thinking, with solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge, including querying, joins, and aggregations.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI will be an advantage.
- Good command of both English and Arabic.
- A detail-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- New graduates are welcome to apply; internship exposure or academic project work in analytics is considered a plus.
