Core Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with administrative tasks relating to equity sales, including account opening procedures, trade confirmations, and preparation of necessary supporting documents.
- Help equity sales teams by clearly communicating transaction requirements and procedures to clients, specifically prior to account activation, ensuring compliance and understanding.
- Support oversight of client trading activities and ensure the effective settlement of payments connected with these transactions.
- Verify customer transaction confirmations for accuracy and confirm these documents are delivered appropriately to clients.
