OpenText VIM Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with 4 to 10 years of expertise to join our team in Kolkata. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure OpenText VIM solutions, ensuring efficient invoice processing.
• Design, maintain, and optimize workflows for invoice approvals and exception handling.
• Integrate OpenText VIM with SAP FI, MM, and S/4HANA systems to streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot and configure components including VIM, Archive Server, OCR, ICC, and BCC.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and suggest process enhancements.
• Manage production issues with root cause analysis and timely resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, comprehensive testing, deployment phases, and end-user training.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience in OpenText VIM implementation and ongoing support.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI/MM modules and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Proficient with VIM workflows, invoice document management, and exception control.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Workflow and the full invoice lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Basic skills in ABAP debugging and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with OpenText ICC and BCC components.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications to enhance user interaction.
• Understanding of OpenText Extended ECM and Archive Server technologies.
• Strong communication abilities and stakeholder management experience.
