Operations Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to spearhead operational excellence within our organization in Sydney, Australia. The Well Team focuses on delivering transformative care and support through the NDIS system following our innovative WorkWell™ Model. In this leadership role, you will establish the processes, systems, and infrastructure that empower our service teams to concentrate on providing life-changing support.

Primary Purpose

As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily flawless execution across multiple domains including support services, logistics, technology, and facilities management to ensure the business operates at a superior audit-ready standard. Your leadership will encompass the Service Delivery teams comprising Support Coordinators, Support Workers, and Cleaning Specialists, as well as IT infrastructure and fleet and asset management. Your responsibility is to shape and refine operational frameworks that embody our WorkWell™ Model principles and promote participant-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the operational performance of Support Coordination, Support Work, and Cleaning service lines.
• Develop and enforce service delivery standards and key performance indicators reflecting the WorkWell™ Model.
• Continuously monitor and improve service quality and operational efficiency to optimize participant results.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration across service teams to ensure an integrated support delivery experience.

Required Qualifications
