Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary in the range of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000, negotiable based on experience.

Clinical Exposure

Gain experience with advanced ophthalmic instruments including Autorefractometer, Slit Lamp, Applanation Tonometer, Non-contact Tonometer, and Operating Microscope.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct refraction and full eye examinations.
• Carry out fundamental ophthalmic tests such as Visual Acuity exams, Autorefraction, and Intraocular Pressure measurement.
• Provide assistance to the Ophthalmologist during outpatient procedures and surgeries.
• Advise and counsel patients on spectacles and treatment plans.
• Take part in community eye health camps.
• Maintain accurate patient records and help manage daily departmental activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Optometry.
• Open to freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience.
• Effective communication and patient counseling abilities.
• Strong professionalism, dedication, and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to relocate to Gomoh, Jharkhand.
