About The Opportunity

Become an essential liaison at the Hudson Mitre 10 location in St Marys, acting as the primary contact for builders, site supervisors, and clients. This dynamic role emphasizes relationships and efficiency, ensuring projects maintain momentum by responding to inquiries, coordinating order processing, resolving problems, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Working collaboratively with internal departments and external suppliers, you will be responsible for providing solutions, status updates, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. This position offers a diverse work experience, ideal for those who enjoy problem solving and cultivating strong customer connections.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email communications
• Track and follow up on orders, deliveries, and outstanding requests
• Identify and resolve issues related to products, pricing, and orders
• Generate quotes and manage additional order requests as needed
• Interact with suppliers to obtain pricing and product details
• Develop strong working relationships with builders, site supervisors, and internal teams
• Provide precise updates and solutions to ensure outstanding customer experiences

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or order management roles
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centered mindset
• Ability to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel
• Experience in hardware, building materials, or trade-related industries is a distinct advantage
