Overview
Absolute Security is looking for a Partner Program Manager to join its Global Channel Operations division. The role involves overseeing the development, execution, and management of the company’s global partner program to enhance partner engagement and revenue growth. Reporting to the AVP of Global Channel Operations, this position acts as a crucial link between Channel Sales, Marketing, Revenue Enablement, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure partners are well-equipped and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the creation and continual enhancement of Absolute’s worldwide partner program, enabling partner growth and contributing to increased partner-generated annual recurring revenue.
- Ensure consistent application of partner program policies, processes, benefits, and requirements globally.
- Manage partner tiering and leveling efforts, keeping partners and internal stakeholders aligned with program standards.
- Organize and coordinate quarterly and annual partner performance reviews and business planning activities.
- Establish governance, measurement, and accountability frameworks to guarantee both Absolute and its partners meet shared objectives.
- Track and report on partner engagement, performance, and program success using analytics and KPIs.
- Facilitate partner onboarding and day-to-day program management.
- Identify areas for improving partner satisfaction, operational efficiencies, and scalability of the program.
- Own the maintenance and curation of partner-facing content within the Partner Portal ensuring it remains updated, relevant, and consistent worldwide.
- Manage regional content localization and collaborate with Marketing, Creative Services, and other teams to publish partner materials.
- Support maintenance of partner dashboards and resources.
- Work with Revenue Enablement to keep training, certification, and learning materials current and accessible to partners.
- Organize and manage communications regarding program updates, promotions, training, and enablement.
- Help plan and execute Partner Advisory Board and Partner Summit events.
- Lead partner engagement initiatives including automation and gamification programs.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across functional teams to facilitate program success.
- Protect Absolute and customer security and privacy at all times.
- Additional future duties may include partner renewal and incumbency protection administration, incentive/MDF programs, management of Allbound platform, and expanded partner automation and analytics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel operations, partner programs, channel enablement, partner success, or similar program management roles.
- Background working within software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage and support partner programs and initiatives effectively.
- Strong multitasking skills and expertise in program management to handle diverse projects concurrently.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and Finance.
- Excellent organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Ability to influence and navigate complex, cross-functional environments without direct authority.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to independently lead initiatives from inception to completion.
- Analytical thinker capable of leveraging data for decision-making and program enhancements.
- Experience with partner portals, enablement platforms, or learning management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with partner onboarding, performance evaluation, tiering, business planning, and governance is highly desirable.
- Cybersecurity or endpoint security industry experience is advantageous.
- Experience operating in a global corporate environment is beneficial.
