Job Overview
The Personal Trainer role focuses on assisting new users in establishing and achieving their fitness goals. This position entails monitoring clients’ progress regularly, encouraging those who may be falling behind, and maintaining client engagement to meet retention and revenue targets. The role also involves daily documentation and reporting of all activities.
Responsibilities
- Establish personalized fitness objectives for newly onboarded users.
- Monitor and track the progress of clients on their fitness journeys.
- Identify users at risk of disengagement and take action to retain them, aiming to fulfill retention revenue goals.
- Prepare and submit daily performance and activity reports.
