Pest Control Operator

Overview

This position involves performing pest management services through physical inspections and chemical applications to control infestations in residential and commercial properties.

Primary Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of premises to identify signs of pests such as termites, roaches, and rodents.
• Apply pesticides, traps, baits, and sprays following prescribed safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate treatment details and preventive practices to clients to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of chemical usage and site conditions in either digital or paper formats.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 10th or 12th grade (High School Diploma).
• Entry-level candidates are welcome and training is often provided on the job; however, roles exist for individuals with 1 to 2 or more years of relevant pest control experience.
• Capability to endure physical activities involved in field work and inspections.
• Possession of a valid driving or riding license is beneficial for transportation to various sites.
