About the Role
Our Customer Support team acts as the initial contact for millions globally, providing prompt and considerate assistance essential in critical moments. They represent the customers’ voice by collaborating with product teams to enhance user experiences, maintaining exceptional support quality as a core value at Revolut. We seek an Arabic-speaking Support Specialist who will take full ownership of customer challenges, analyze issues thoroughly to provide effective solutions, and continually contribute to enhancing our customer support standards.
To ensure 24/7 support, this position may require working night and weekend shifts, which will receive full compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth and confident use of Revolut's features by customers through seamless service.
- Delivering exceptional phone-based customer support consistently.
- Representing the company with professional and uniform communication toward users.
- Working with international teams to promptly address and resolve customer concerns.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a bachelor's degree (at least a provisional certificate must be available).
- Minimum of 18 months’ experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
- Native-level fluency in Arabic.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to clarify complex matters in a straightforward and accessible way.
- Proficient numeracy, analytical thinking, and IT capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, self-driven personality with a team-oriented and adaptable mindset.
- Autonomous problem-solving skills.
