The headquarters is located in Lotus Corporate Park, Mumbai, with additional branches in Pune, Bengaluru, and the USA (Sunnyvale).
Role Summary
We are urgently seeking a PL/SQL Developer with 2-3 years of experience specifically in L2 support, to work for our client Knova One. The candidate will be responsible for handling production support, resolving issues, and collaborating with L3 development teams to implement lasting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver L2 production support for business-critical applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems related to PL/SQL.
- Coordinate with L3 development teams to deploy permanent fixes.
- Test and validate fixes prior to deployment.
- Support L1 teams by addressing recurring issues and confirming solutions.
- Monitor application performance and suggest enhancements.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL with primary focus (about 60%).
- Hands-on experience in L2 Application Support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Proven ability to analyze recurring production issues and bridge between L1 and L3 teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive with keen willingness to learn.
- Interest in acquiring knowledge of additional technologies like Java and Python.

- Two interview rounds: First is a virtual interview, second is face-to-face, both mandatory.
