Role Overview

We are seeking a committed Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team servicing the Northern Perth region up to Joondalup. This role is available as a part-time position requiring a minimum of three working days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment and therapy plans for clients with disabilities, underpinned by sound clinical judgment.
• Prepare detailed clinical reports and maintain accurate client records, updating them following each session or interaction.
• Deliver services attentively, respecting clients' cultural, linguistic, and individual differences.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient service delivery aligned with best practices.
• Provide supports adhering to applicable legislation and guidelines, including NDIS Practice Standards.

Candidate Requirements

• NDIS Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, preferably Core minimum; however, candidates with equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of six months experience in a comparable role is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check, or a willingness to obtain these.
