LiveBig is a dedicated allied health service provider supporting individuals with disabilities through therapeutic services and assessments conducted in home settings, community environments, and via telehealth. We operate across four Australian states and nationally.
Role Overview
We are seeking a committed Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team servicing the Northern Perth region up to Joondalup. This role is available as a part-time position requiring a minimum of three working days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within a team that values your contributions, fosters professional growth, and supports your development.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment and therapy plans for clients with disabilities, underpinned by sound clinical judgment.
- Prepare detailed clinical reports and maintain accurate client records, updating them following each session or interaction.
- Deliver services attentively, respecting clients' cultural, linguistic, and individual differences.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient service delivery aligned with best practices.
- Provide supports adhering to applicable legislation and guidelines, including NDIS Practice Standards.

Candidate Requirements
- NDIS Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, preferably Core minimum; however, candidates with equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of six months experience in a comparable role is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check, or a willingness to obtain these.
