Role Overview

Become part of a team dedicated to creating precise simulated environments specifically designed to assess AI models in procurement workflows. You will be responsible for crafting and validating tasks that accurately reflect authentic vendor management activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze simulated new vendor intake requests, comparing prices and contract terms to realistic company benchmark data.
• Integrate review feedback from various perspectives such as finance, legal, security, and IT into a comprehensive final approval recommendation.
• Create detailed step-level rubrics and exemplary solutions that depict the evaluation criteria an experienced procurement lead would apply to a request or renewal.
• Inspect simulated company settings for authenticity and inconsistencies prior to task deployment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated significant experience in procurement, spend operations, or vendor management roles.
• Background in established procurement teams with formal vendor review processes.
• Strong proficiency in written communication, capable of delivering structured, rubric-based feedback.
• Familiarity with contemporary spend management or e-procurement systems is advantageous.
• Previous experience in task creation, rubric development, or contributing to AI training data is a plus.
