Role Overview
We seek a Procurement/Buyer professional to handle non-catalog purchase requests linked to SG&A expenses. This includes managing acquisitions in areas such as professional services, IT assets, telecommunications, spare parts, MRO items, PPE, and other indirect procurement categories.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee non-catalog purchase requests relating to various indirect procurement categories.
- Analyze past purchasing data to identify opportunities for converting recurrent non-catalog procurements into catalogued items or services.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior experience in procurement or buying roles, preferably within the UAE.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously with initiative and proactiveness.
- Strong negotiation expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH functions.
Additional Information
- Location: Otis Dubai Office, The One Tower, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Working schedule: Five days per week onsite at the office.
