Their Digital Consulting team specializes in transforming product development and regulatory workflows for leading manufacturers worldwide through Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID solutions.
Role Overview
We seek a seasoned Program Manager to oversee extensive, global enterprise implementation programs. In this highly visible and client-facing leadership position, you will ensure the successful delivery of intricate Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID projects, cultivating trusted executive relationships and driving outstanding customer results.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct complex enterprise Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementation programs from start to completion.
- Act as the primary executive liaison for worldwide clients, leading governance sessions, steering committees, and strategic communications.
- Oversee program scope, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and allocation of resources across multiple workstreams.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Consultants, Technical Leads, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales departments.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively while ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to discover growth opportunities and strengthen lasting client partnerships.
- Promote PMO best practices by mentoring project managers and advancing continuous improvement within the consulting organization.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects in consulting or professional services environments.
- Minimum of 5 years leading complex enterprise programs involving multiple simultaneous projects.
- Background in delivering Oracle PLM implementations or similar large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and robust program governance.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
