Role Overview

The Program Manager will focus on presales engagement, solution architecture, client management, and delivery guidance within the Customer Experience (CX) domain. This involves working closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities, designing solution blueprints across multiple platforms, managing stakeholder interactions, and guiding delivery teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in presales activities by collaborating with sales teams to identify and qualify potential deals, crafting compelling proposals.
  • Apply a consultative and solution-oriented mindset to secure wins in the CX solutions area.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand and document CX business goals, challenges, and success criteria.
  • Develop both high-level and detailed architectural blueprints encompassing CRM, Commerce, ECM, and Portal systems.
  • Create rapid prototypes, proofs of concept, and interactive demonstrations to exhibit solution capabilities and flexibility.
  • Customize demos to reflect client-specific use cases using CX platform software development kits and low-code development tools.
  • Interface directly with clients, presenting architecture designs, project roadmaps, and governance structures to stakeholders at both executive and technical levels.
  • Drive alignment meetings to assure the solution meets business objectives as well as security and regulatory compliance needs.
  • Work independently with customer business process owners, subject matter experts, process sponsors, and IT leadership.
  • Support development and delivery teams by validating designs, reviewing codebases, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
