About the Employer
Our client is a well-established and highly reputable company in Ireland's Commercial and Industrial construction sector with over two decades of experience. They collaborate with leading architectural firms and handle a diverse range of projects, including Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Civil Engineering, Government, and Semi-State sectors. Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain drawing registers, technical submittals, and inspection reports coordinating between site teams, head office, and design consultants.
- Ensure compliance with BCAR regulations by compiling and uploading all necessary certification and documentation into the Building Control Management System (BCMS).
- Compile comprehensive Safety Files to be handed over to clients and the Project Supervisory Design Process (PSDP) upon project completion.
- Coordinate procurement activities by liaising with suppliers and the purchasing department at head office to secure materials efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in project administration within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with BCAR compliance requirements and proficiency using Building Control Management Systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage time effectively and coordinate across multiple teams.
