Primary Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to project managers in crafting project plans, creating schedules, and allocating resources to ensure projects are executed effectively.
• Gather, analyze, and report on project metrics to monitor progress, detect trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Perform research and collect relevant data to aid in project planning, risk evaluation, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define goals, and assist in developing project deliverables.
• Identify and analyze simple project risks and issues, helping to design and apply corrective measures for prompt solutions.
• Support the creation and presentation of project reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Facilitate project communications and stakeholder management by ensuring timely and effective information sharing.
• Assist in less complex research and analysis to support business case development, feasibility assessments, and evaluating project impacts.
• Promote and help implement project management best practices within the organization to enhance business processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of two years experience in project management roles.

Preferred Credentials

• Familiarity with problem-solving and decision-making techniques.
• Certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Education Requirement

High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours of work weekly.
• Hourly pay range between $21.10 and $44.99, varying based on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors.
• Eligible for bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentives in addition to the base pay.
