Project Management Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Project Management Engineer to lead and ensure the successful delivery and operation & maintenance of projects aligned with international contract standards and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery and O&M activities in line with international contractual agreements, ensuring achievement of profit targets.
• Coordinate multifunctional project teams, effectively deploying company resources to meet project deadlines, budgets, and uphold technical, safety, and quality standards.
• Collect and analyze all project requirements and deliverables, formulate detailed execution plans and risk mitigation approaches.
• Develop and oversee a project risk management matrix, proactively identifying potential issues to avoid execution delays or complications.
• Assist company and departmental leadership to ensure project execution aligns with organizational policies, efficiency, and compliance standards.
• Maintain productive client relationships on-site by understanding customer expectations and striving to improve satisfaction.
• Supervise contractors according to scheduled plans, particularly on international projects, driving timely completion.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related STEM discipline.
• Fluent spoken English essential for daily operational communication and willingness to relocate overseas with adaptability to diverse cultures.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, resilience under pressure, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination competencies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; holding a valid driver's license is advantageous.
• Additional language skills (such as French, Spanish, Arabic) are highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and adapt proactively in changing environments.
• Preference for candidates with experience studying or living in China or fluency in Mandarin as a working language.
