Overview

Join our team as a Project Manager to take charge of significant projects from inception to completion. You will shape budgeting, scheduling, profit targets, and overall financial outcomes while adhering to contract terms and coordinating with senior leadership. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in balancing strategic planning, client interaction, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare budgets, timelines, profit objectives, and manage financial performance for assigned projects under contract requirements and senior leadership guidance.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services on time and within budget, fulfilling client needs and meeting financial and management metrics.
Oversee all project stages including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within projects and team operations.
Create and present client-facing materials such as presentations, status reports, and progress updates.
Maintain strong client relationships and key stakeholder engagement to uncover additional business opportunities and maintain market intelligence.

Qualifications and Experience

At least 6 years of professional experience in project management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification mandatory.
Experience managing cybersecurity projects is advantageous.
Must be able to secure appropriate security clearance.
Though position is remote, travel to client sites and project locations exceeds 50% of time.

Use root cause analysis to improve project performance.
Understand departmental goals and ensure team commitments and standards are consistently met.
Display reliability, consistency, and objective critical thinking with attention to detail and sound judgment.
Effective time management skills.
Familiarity with ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
Applicants must be US citizens due to government contract requirements.
This position reports to a manager, director, or executive-level leader.
