Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Project Support Coordinator to assist with multiple client projects and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate several projects and priorities concurrently.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and clients to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones and communicate progress updates.
• Oversee the maintenance of project documentation and reports.
• Provide support for business operations, including processes related to NetSuite.
• Analyze data and develop reports predominantly using Microsoft Excel.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Offer assistance to various facets of projects to ensure ongoing momentum.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative assistance.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and effective time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diligent follow-up.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with NetSuite is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fast learner of new technologies and systems.
