Job Overview
The Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the organization's research, development, and product implementation projects. Collaborating closely with the Director to grasp the project scope, this role ensures team members understand their responsibilities and acts as the central point of contact throughout the project's lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all assigned projects on schedule, within defined scope, and budget constraints.
- Lead cross-departmental teams to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
- Define project tasks clearly and delegate them appropriately.
- Conduct cost analyses and prepare budgets based on these estimates.
- Perform risk assessments, report risks to management, and recommend mitigations including project termination if necessary.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints arising throughout the project duration.
- Serve as a liaison among the company, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, local regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, publishing status reports, and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure availability and proper allocation of resources.
- Use appropriate tools to measure project performance and develop dashboards to monitor achievement of short- and long-term goals.
- Attend coordination meetings involving owners, contractors, architects, and engineers as needed, managing all stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses on projects monthly or as required by the line manager.
- Manage all information technology-related projects with a focus on positive employee outcomes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Minimum three years of relevant project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reporting and Industry Details
Reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer. The role is positioned within the healthcare industry, specifically hospitals and health care providers.
