Job Overview
We are looking for a Quality Analyst to monitor and improve customer service interactions within our Mumbai office. This role involves evaluating communication between service agents and clients through various channels such as calls, chats, and emails to ensure high standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer service interactions by listening to calls, reading chat conversations, and reviewing email exchanges.
- Assess agent performance based on communication skills, empathy towards customers, effectiveness in issue resolution, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Deliver constructive feedback by coaching agents and facilitating training sessions to bridge knowledge gaps and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
