Owais Capital | أويس المالية is hiring a part-time Quality Assurance Manager in Dubai for a hybrid setup that combines on-site presence with work-from-home flexibility when business needs permit. The role focuses on building and strengthening QA systems so that financial products, services, and internal workflows meet consistently high standards.

What you will do

• Shape, roll out, and continuously refine quality assurance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Plan and carry out QA reviews and audits across relevant business activities.
• Track compliance with internal controls as well as applicable regulatory obligations.
• Record observations clearly and turn them into practical, action-oriented recommendations.
• Work closely with operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams to define quality measures and resolve issues.
• Support root-cause analysis and help drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare QA dashboards and reports for leadership review.
• Assist with training initiatives on quality standards and related processes.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts aimed at raising client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and background

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in quality assurance, quality control, or internal audit within financial services, investment management, or another regulated environment. You should be confident creating and maintaining QA frameworks, test plans, checklists, and standard operating procedures, and be able to spot process gaps, assess risk, and recommend workable improvements. A solid understanding of financial regulations, compliance expectations, and governance/risk practices is important. Strong English communication skills are needed for writing reports, presenting findings, and influencing stakeholders. The role also calls for excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to juggle priorities in a part-time hybrid setting. Comfort with spreadsheets, QA systems, and documentation tools is expected, and basic reporting or data analysis experience will be helpful. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline is required; professional certifications such as CQIA, CQA, CIA, or ISO auditor credentials are an advantage. Experience in the UAE or GCC region is beneficial, and Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
