Role Overview

As a key contributor to our team, you will ensure efficient management of backstore operations and returns, significantly impacting customer satisfaction and the overall smooth running of the store.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and unpack deliveries to maintain steady inventory flow to store shelves, including operating forklifts for product movement.
  • Oversee scheduling of deliveries and shipments, handle authorization of unscheduled deliveries, and manage storage space availability for incoming goods.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of received inventory and related documentation.
  • Perform Return to Vendor (RTV) tasks, maintaining communication with suppliers as needed.
