About the Role
Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator for their global Recruiting Operations team based in Singapore. The individual will oversee scheduling and logistical tasks to deliver an exceptional interview journey for candidates and internal stakeholders. This dynamic position involves collaborating closely with recruiters to manage candidate flow across multiple teams within a fast-paced environment focused on enhancing recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews for both campus and experienced candidates using scheduling tools, including manual arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with business leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to engage candidates directly.
- Prepare interview rooms by ensuring cleanliness and appropriate setup.
- Welcome candidates during onsite and virtual interviews, addressing their concerns and preparing them for the process.
- Provide real-time support during interviews by managing the schedule and addressing any issues promptly.
- Update hiring teams and candidates regularly on recruitment procedures.
- Collect job requirements and maintain open requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
- Support recruiting initiatives by identifying solutions, advancing projects, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Offer occasional support for events such as internships, recruiting conferences, career fairs, and People Operations activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain a minimum in-person presence of four days a week, with flexibility to attend the office more as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Prior experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements effectively.
- Familiarity with GoodTime scheduling software, Greenhouse applicant tracking system, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with candidates and team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to create meaningful impact.
- Problem-solving approach characterized by tact, directness, and integrity.
- Collaborative spirit with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Capability to multitask efficiently while paying close attention to detail and maintaining urgency.
- Aptitude for quickly learning and excelling in recruitment technologies and productivity tools.
