Job Overview
The Regional Operations Manager role involves overseeing and coordinating all operational activities within a defined region. Reporting to the Zonal Operations Manager, this position requires hands-on leadership to drive regional teams towards achieving set targets while maintaining strong partnerships and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate operational functions across the region.
- Lead and motivate regional teams to meet assigned objectives.
- Assess, review, and enhance node infrastructure compatible with assessments throughout the region.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with partners.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
- Control and monitor operational costs effectively.
- Conduct presentations and participate in meetings with clients and partners.
- Evaluate and report performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Implement measures aimed at achieving performance goals.
- Participate in conferences, events, and scheduled meetings as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical challenges within the region.
- Facilitate consistent communication between Delivery, Sales, and Administrative teams.
- Lead planning and delivery for efficient, sustainable regional operations.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with budget constraints and key performance indicators.
- Support, mentor, and develop team members to foster growth and performance.
- Continuously manage risks associated with all regional services, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and contractual obligations.
- Engage with external agencies under legal guidance, taking proactive leadership.
- Manage crowd control operations effectively.
- Possessing knowledge of Local Area Networking is considered beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Candidates should have between 8 to 11 years of relevant professional experience.
