Role Overview
We are looking to add a Reporting Analyst to our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead, this position will manage requests for people data, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and relevant information. The role involves collaborating with key internal stakeholders to comprehend their reporting needs and generate insightful analytics. Contributions to the continuous improvement and expansion of core datasets will also be part of the duties.
Compensation and Location
The salary range offered for this role lies between $90,039 and $110,047, depending on experience. ACC provides a comprehensive benefits package, which currently includes a favorable superannuation scheme with a 9% contribution, no mandatory employee contributions, and optional life and income protection insurance. The preferred base for this role is Wellington.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing various datasets and presenting conclusions clearly and understandably. Key capabilities include:
- Proficiency in Snowflake including data modeling and SQL scripting.
- Expertise in Power BI, encompassing dashboard design, data modeling, and crafting visual stories.
- Strong skills in interrogating systems to locate accurate information.
- Capability to identify available and pertinent data.
- Experience managing tight deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust problem-solving aptitude.
- Customer-oriented mindset with determination to accomplish tasks.
