Job Overview

Elite Foods Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Outlet Captain to oversee operations at their TDH Cafe located in Unnichira, Edappally. The role involves managing daily outlet activities and leading the floor staff to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions and administrative tasks in the outlet to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the baristas, commi crew, and utility staff effectively.
• Ensure seamless customer service experience including billing procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the outlet.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed 12th grade or hold a Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Possess at least two years of experience working as a Captain or Supervisor in a restaurant or cafe environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to manage and supervise a team efficiently.

Additional Information

This position is based in Kochi, Kerala and offers a monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 22,000 INR.
