About the Role

As a Retail Associate at adidas, you will play a key role in achieving the store's sales and profitability targets by inspiring brand loyalty, delivering excellent customer service, and managing store operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of meeting store sales, KPI, and individual performance goals, utilizing all available resources to exceed targets.
• Consistently apply Brand Customer Service standards to surpass customer expectations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by exemplifying adidas’s core attitudes and values.
• Use up-to-date seasonal brand and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions and sales effectiveness.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to meet customer needs and deepen their connection to the brand.
• Follow all organizational policies and procedures diligently.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards as established.
• Efficiently process merchandise deliveries and replenish stock on the sales floor to ensure full product availability.
• Execute cash register transactions accurately and promptly.
• Work proactively to minimize stock losses both in the backroom and on the sales floor.
• Operate all store functions safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Collaborate respectfully and productively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Complete all relevant training programs and apply knowledge practically on the job.
• Actively seek coaching and learning opportunities to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school education is mandatory.
• Preferably possess at least six months of experience in a customer-focused retail environment within the sports or fashion sectors.
• Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication are essential.
