About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and accountable Retail Store Manager to oversee our pharmacy outlet in Mumbai. The role emphasizes operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and actively promoting generic medicines to facilitate affordable healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities including team performance and customer interactions.
• Drive achievement of sales goals with a focus on promoting generic medicine products.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on patient counseling and pharmacy standard operating procedures.
• Oversee inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Address customer inquiries and manage escalations efficiently.
• Collaborate with departments like HR, Inventory, and Finance to ensure seamless store operations.
• Prepare reports on store performance and provide meaningful insights for improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
• Between 4 and 8 years of experience in retail pharmacy management or leading teams in similar settings.
• Proven leadership abilities along with strong customer service and inventory management skills.
• A genuine commitment to enhancing healthcare access and promoting the use of generic medicines.
• Capability to lead teams effectively and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
