Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and host the in-store team, setting a high standard for customer service and operational excellence.
• Understand customer needs thoroughly and assist them in selecting suitable products, simplifying their shopping experience.
• Ensure smooth store operations including cash reconciliation, handling customer queries, maintaining audit compliance, and managing stock efficiently.
• Collaborate with coworkers, fostering a positive and fun team environment that takes pride in store upkeep.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory or duty manager role managing small teams in fast-paced retail settings.
• Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to convert service interactions into sales.
• A curious and improvement-driven mindset, with a passion for the business.
