Job Overview
We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to join a prominent industrial property developer in the region. The primary responsibility of this position is to implement and maintain safety measures, conduct site inspections, and guarantee adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Manager and Authorized Managers in managing overall Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) operations on site according to contractual obligations.
- Perform random safety inspections at the site on a weekly basis.
- Assist the Manager in conducting thorough investigations for all incidents occurring on site.
- Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times within the workplace.
- Develop and recommend work safety standards and enforce procedural compliance.
- Carry out unannounced safety checks on all staff members to promote safety vigilance.
Requirements
- Relevant prior experience in safety coordination or related fields is essential.
